VDOT Oracle HCM Cloud Administrator/Architect

*Candidate must be local to Richmond, VA and available to come to work in the office at least 1 day/week *assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/23 We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Administrator/Architect to implement and maintain VDOTs Oracle HCM Cloud Environment. This position involves working closely with management, other engineers, and the customer to provide input on best practices and maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud. This position will require deep knowledge and experience working with Oracle HCM. Position Specific Core Responsibilities: * Assist in the maintenance and implementation of VDOTs Oracle HCM environment * Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to management and other engineers on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the environment * Provide expert level support on Oracle HCM and function as a lead resource for the environment * Participate in war rooms as needed Minimum Qualification: * Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM and environment implementation/maintenance * Proven experience in Oracle HCM maintenance, support and implementation * Proven experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion HCM modules * Experience with HCM Cloud Core HR functional modules * Experience in creating OTBI reports * Experience with HCM cloud upgrade, support & maintenance * Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers. * Ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualification: * College degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivocal experience/certifications. * Previous experience working with HR teams * Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
