Develops and maintains SharePoint data and technical solutions that support the org.
Conducts analysis and reviews existing content, data systems, processes, and reports results as needed.
Identifies core business needs in areas such as performance reporting and business process automation.
Designs business solutions that can be built and deployed by business owners.
Ensures the org has a strategic approach to content management on internal apps (the org intranet) and that the Term Store and Search Center on intranet are optimized so that searches deliver desired results.
Serves as the technical liaison between business process owners, stakeholders and technical development staff.
