Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelors in computer science, math, engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination or training and experience
-experience with back-end server applications
-experience with front-end web design
-preferred languages: Classic ASP, VB, VB Script
-Preferred technologies: ASP webpages, MVC, WCF, Winforms, HTML, XML, JSON, Oracle, PL/SQL, OnBase reporting services, OnBase workflows
-Developer and implement technical solutions involving the integration of multiple technologies and products, which includes COTS solutions and custom software development
-Overall understanding of Commonwealth technical standards and custom software development, etc.-Broad knowledge and understanding of DMV operations, DMV technical environment, and DMV systems
