Description of Services and Responsibilities :
During the Project Term, Supplier will provide to LPL a team comprised of three (3) resources identified. Resources will work with the LPL team (Product, Architecture and business teams) to build out the IVR solution for IFS which allows Advisors and clients to call a toll free number and get routed to the right internal person in LPL.
The goal of the initiative is to build a dedicated IFS call center infrastructure to support scale, including caller identification and authentication, call routing and segmentation, IVR and computer telephony integration and the team will be responsible for the following activities in an Agile methodology.
Good experience 10 years+
Python, AWS, building app written in python
Scripting like Jenkins
Already on AWS but senior person who knows that and can lead the team, teach the team, API programming in python - those are the main things
Team oriented person
Deployment, integration experience, deployment scripts, good idea of how that stuff works
Developers generally have that experience
Should be able to code, architecture
Front end coding like angular or react is a big plus
Financial background is good -definitely not mandatory but helpful
We have one person but he's junior so really need someone I can rely on as a senior resource - junior person will report to this resource
Person will work with my team and cross functional teams to understand reqs, explore the data and APIs and help with architecture
