Overview

The Sr Systems Analyst, Marketing Technology is responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting MarTech solutions for loyalty, owned channels and paid media. This role closely partners with peers and leaders in Performance Marketing, Business Technology and Enterprise Architecture as well as with external vendor partners. This position supports the needs of our business by understanding pain points, assessing their challenges, and recommending technology-driven improvements. The responsibilities of this role include analyzing data, analyzing and testing marketing technology systems, developing system documentation and requirements for team-supported platforms, and partnering on marketing technology projects and program initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesDeploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core MarTech applications, including serving as a point of contact for business users. Coordinate with any vendors for escalation of support-related isues.Lead conversations with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirementsDevelop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for internal technology teamsDrive full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support, including integration with other systems, and provide recommendations for enterprise MarTech architecture.Translate highly technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirementsWork closely with with marketing vendors to gain detailed understanding of potential enhancements and run cost/benefits analyses for business justification purposesDefine and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processProvide documentation of all processes and training as neededDevelop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarmsImplement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceProvide subject matter expertise on all data, processes, and procedures related to MarTech systemsRequired Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred)Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution5 - 8 years of experience owning marketing technology applications and systems analysis for loyalty programs, CRM execution and paid media strategies5 years of experience with fashion retail business processes4 years of experience with SQL, systems analysis and programming5-8 years of experience pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data5-8 years of experience with Performance Optimization tuning and techniques5-8 years of experience with MarTech release management process5-8 years of experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data / reporting problem-solving5-8 years of experience with technical support, including documenting, testing, training and implementing new MarTech applications and systemsCritical Skills & Attributes
