Required Skillsets:
L3 in AIX with extensive experience in handling both GUI & command lineShould know how NIM setup works in AIXGood to have hands-on on GPFS clusters.Must have hands-on HACMP clusters & trouble shooting by reading cluster logs.Must know AIX patching process either using alt_disk_install or multibos & also should know the troubleshooting steps during & post patching.Good to have knowledge on AIX OS migration using nimadm process.Need to know how to monitor the performance of AIX servers, to read the error codes, sys logs .
Should have hands-on AIX DR process (disaster recovery) & DLPAR operations using HMC console
