As a Recruitment Specialist on the Technical Recruiting Team, you'll get hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process and learn the skills required to become a full-cycle Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with the engineering teams to collaborate during the hiring process.Research and source a diverse pool of passive candidates.Manage scheduling, coordination, and candidate experience.Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Engineering Team.Provide general project and recruiting support to the Talent team on an as-needed basis.Manage full cycle recruiting process.Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college.1 year of experience in recruiting or coordination.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Organizational skills combined with high energy and a sense of urgency.Strong ability to influence using collaboration.Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.Commitment to excellence and top performance.US Employee Benefits

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
