We strive to be an employer of choice!**What You-ll Do**- As the Power AutomateTechnical Lead you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our project teams throughthe entire lifecycle of technology based solutions from conception todeployment- Your expertise in PowerAutomate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform will be critical indelivering solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations drivingsignificant business outcomes- Solution Design &Leadership: Drive the design of automation solutions using Power Automateensuring they meet client needs and project specifications- Hands on development ofautomation solutions using Power Automate and deploying them in production- Help derive the ROI and NPVfor driving investments in RPA/Hyperautomation for clients- Lead and mentor a dedicatedteam of engineers promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning- Client Engagement &Relationship Management : Act as a primary liaison with clients understandingtheir needs providing expert advice and ensuring their expectations are met andexceeded through the delivery process- Strategic Growth &Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to strategize on growth andprofitability-Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends inautomation and the Microsoft Power Platform and other Hyperautomationtechnologies leading the charge in implementing best practices and innovativesolutions- Oversee delivery operationsensuring high-quality service and aligning with client expectations- Continuously refine deliveryprocesses for increased efficiency and client satisfaction- Leverageclient relationships to uncover new business opportunities driving revenuegrowth**Minimum education qualification**+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.**The ideal candidate will have:**- A minimum of 10 years ofexperience in developing automation solutions for business use-cases of varyingcomplexity- Experience with implementingPower Automate for automation use-cases -Must have- Experience with implementingUI Path, Blueprism, custom scripting for automation use-cases -Good to have- Demonstrated ability to leadclient engagements and foster strong client relationships- Expertise in solutionarchitecture and project management within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem- Exceptional leadership skillswith a track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams- Strong communication and interpersonalskills capable of maintaining effective client and team relationships**The benefits our employees enjoy:**+ 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
