This role is an in office role in our San Francisco OfficeABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Account Executive at Pallet, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting sales demos, and closing deals for our new product/service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing complex deals, be comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with Engineering, Product, and C-Suite leadership.SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ONScope out, research and build a sales strategy for a new core product service in line with GTM initiatives.Partner with the SDR and Sales team to prospect and close new business.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design teams, effectively conveying client feedback and requirements.Generate and source new leads, perform live product demonstrations and close new deals.Prioritize opportunities and coordinate resources across the Pallet team to provide the best possible customer experience and customer outcomes.Think strategically on how Pallet can grow and scale the product, being a product expert and evangelist which ultimately can help the company scale.YOU HAVEProven track record of 4+ years experience closing deals.A combination of B2B SaaS and startup experience in your past.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.Adept at managing complex sales cycles and navigating client relationships.Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize the sales funnel based on Engineering team availability and other relevant factors.Ability to make critical decisions, even in ambiguous situations, demonstrating aptitude to make important judgment calls that impact the organization.SELLING POINTSSDR Support:
