who are excited, passionate, and look forward to working at a fast pace!Automotive Service Advisor Benefits:Hourly + Commission based Compensation (starting at $15/hr.)Commission on Sales & commission on Services completedCompany Bonuses and In-House SpiffsHealth insurance after 30 days (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Paid vacations, sick/personal days, and free uniformsOnly 5-day work weeksCompany-paid ASE certifications and trainingAutomotive Service Advisor Requirements:At least two years in sales and estimate writingEntry level technician skills required (C-tech skillset)At least one year working with customers and automotive techniciansValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredVery competent in navigating computers and estimating softwareWillingness to undergo a background check/drug screeningPosition is full-time, five days per weekExcellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills!Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following upEvaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techsSelecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's neededCompleting basic automotive services (i.e. oil changes, basic brakes repairs, alignments, tire mount and balance, etc.)Participating in training when requiredKey Holder - Opening/Closing the store location when neededAbout Us:As a leader in the automotive aftermarket, Meineke is constantly looking for driven and talented individuals to join our team.
