Responsibilities
Responsible for the solicitation, documentation, and acquisition of sign-off on business requirements from all finance functions including technical accounting, treasury, tax, investments, and financial accounting, specifically focused on the collections and disbursements module (CD.)Serve as the primary liaison with the SAP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams for the implementation and IT testing of the approved designOrganize the creation and execution of a comprehensive inventory of UAT test cases with a focus on the efficient use of the tester's time. Coordinate with their other responsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of the Collections and Disbursements module (CD) functionalities, including broker reports, incoming and outgoing payments, account maintenance, installment plans, auto clearing, dunning, and interfacing data to (CD.)Execute additional tasks as delegated, demonstrating flexibility and commitmentRequirements
Must be within driving distance of one of the following locations for onsite work 3 days a week: Charlotte, NC; Morristown, NJ; Purchase, NY. Would also consider: Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Topeka, KS7+ years of experience in the implementation of SAP financial applications including the Collection and Disbursement Module (CD) with all sub-components4+ years in the Insurance industryIn-depth knowledge of the SAP S4/HANA GL and the differences versus the ECC versionProven business acumen, to engage users and understand their underlying requirementsSuccess in virtual collection and finalization of business requirements, with cross-functional working groupsAbility to handle demanding workloads and balance multiple priorities to meet objectivesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits
