REMOTE Sales Manager with Growth Opportunity / THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

We are seeking a Sales Manager who is willing to get out from behind the desk and actively engage in business development. If you have a passion for sales, a driven mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets

- Identify potential customers and proactively seek out new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Essential Job Functions :

- Perform market research to identify industry trends and competitor insights

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive advantages

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance

Skills:

- At least 3 years of direct related sales experience

- Must be willing to cold call

- At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry and various modes of shipping freight

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools

- Must have brokerage experience
