certified nurse midwife
to join our esteemed Women’s Care team. With 2,060+ babies delivered yearly, you'll be supported by OB providers and a vast referral network, offering personalized care in a warm, mom-focused environment.We offer:Competitive base salaryComprehensive medical benefits packageAbility to accrue up to 224 hours of paid time off and 40 hours of New Jersey sick leave annually to be used for vacation, holiday, sick and personal timeCME allotment and dedicated CME time offEligible for annual bonus opportunityMalpractice insurance with tail coverageAccess to 403b and 457b benefits, including non-elective contributionsKey Responsibilities:Oversee care for prenatal patients across the maternity journey.Deliver high-quality customer service and engage in performance enhancement initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.Current New Jersey RN license.Certificate in nurse midwifery approved by the American College of Nurse-Midwives.Privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff.BLS HCP required; ACLS preferred.Three to five years of midwife experience preferred.Proficiency in clinical applications preferred.Why AtlantiCare:AtlantiCare is renowned for medical innovation and performance excellence.
