Major brand acquisitions occurred in January of 2010 making Coors Distributing Company one of the top 25 largest beer distributors in the country with over 30 suppliers, roughly 14 million cases per year, and nearly 400 employees.**The Headlines:**In the role of **Delivery Driver Helper**, working in **Denver, CO,** you will assist Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently deliver the companys products (cases and kegs) to On-Premise and Off-Premise retail accounts from a commercial truck.**The Responsibilities:*** Help drivers complete the assigned route in a safe, accurate and efficient manner in varying weather conditions and challenging environments (i.e., stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots)* Execute quality of service in accounts including: rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products* Must comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations in addition to the Coors Distributing Company Policies and Procedures* This position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed daily* Requires face to face contact with customers in the market**The Other Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED required* Must have the ability to work well with different personalities on a daily basis in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment* Must be able to read, write, and understand English* Must have excellent communication skillsAt Molson Coors, the health and safety of our people is our number one priority.
