UES is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our Construction Materials Testing Department at our Houston location. As a CMT Project Engineer, you will be focused on the management and oversight of CMT projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring successful and timely project completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project coordination and project management of construction materials testing (CMT) workResponsible for managing CMT projects through their lifecyclePrepare various CMT testing reports for clientsAnalyze and review testing reports for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office, and residential projectsField inspections, such as foundation inspections, shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, post tension, earthwork, and reinforcing and structural steel inspectionClient consultationREQUIREMENTS
Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) for the State of TexasBachelors or Masters in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Construction Material TestingAbility to work independently and as part of teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid Texas driver license
