The Data and Digital team provides innovative microservice and event-based solutions, utilizing open-source technologies in the cloud, to deliver critical data, geo-spatial, and logistic capabilities to our customers.We are looking for a Product Manager to serve as the product owner to support critical Supply Chain processes and drive tangible value to the organization. The Product Manager (I) - Supply Chain will be a member of the Digital Products transformation office and possess experience in product centric large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work.Responsibilities

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirementsManaging the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirementsOverseeing all stages of product creation including design and developmentDeveloping user storiesMonitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the processLiaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updatesParticipating in Scrum meetings and product sprintsWork with business to document acceptance criteriaEducation/Certifications/Technologies

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.Preferred Certifications in: ERP/Scrum/Agile/Product ManagementRequired Technical Knowledge: Oracle Fusion, JDEPreferred Technical Knowledge: Coupa, AvettaExperience/Minimum Requirements

5+ years experience working in Information Technology or Digital roles3+ years product management and/or product owner experience2+ years experience in product management/development delivering software by identifying business opportunities, building, and grooming epics and stories, and collaborating with engineers on executing a product roadmapFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably in an Agile environmentExcellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Supply Chain Management: Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory and WarehousingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills.The US base range for this contract position is $40- $65 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
