Project Manager

www.RapidStrategy.io .The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing presentation decks, developing concise visual aids to communicate project blockers and progress, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with Confluence and Confluence macros is a big plus!This role will be a hybrid role with 4 days being remote and 1 day being on-site with the project team in Reston, VA. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as agenda, meeting minutes, and action plans.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.Qualifications:
Proven working experience in project management in the information technology, financial services sector, or other related field.Solid project management background, with understanding of project management tools and techniques.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education and Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management role.Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.PMP and Agile certifications are a plus but not required.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
