We are proud to employ some of the best people in their field and to nurture their talent in a dynamic, flexible and highly stimulating culture where world-beating ideas are cultivated and rewarded.This is a hybrid role based in our new Dallas infrastructure hub where we work on the latest technologies in a cutting-edge environment.The roleWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to work closely with our engineering teams to create and maintain product strategies and engineering road maps that align with the broader business strategy.You will support an expanding range of platform and infrastructure-as-a-service engineering teams, acting as an interface into value streams, customer teams, and the adjoining functions within platform engineering to help define our overall product strategy.This role is central to driving forward our ambitious capability road map plans and in coordinating activities across platform engineering.Key Responsibilities of the role include:Developing and maintaining product strategies and roadmaps for our PaaS offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategyEngaging with teams to understand their needs and manage the process for product demand and feature requestsWorking collaboratively across functions to prioritize delivery of key milestones, utilizing strong influencing skills to achieve outcomesHelping to define measurable outcomes and create cost and value models for each productRegularly collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders, providing a technology perspective at a senior levelContributing to the overall engineering culture within G-Research by effectively communicating ideas, plans, and best practicesWho are we looking for?You will bring leadership experience and a background in engineering, with a thorough understanding of platforms, infrastructure, and cloud services at a global scale.The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Product Backlog Management:Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the strategic vision and priorities of the businessJira Portfolio Planning:Expertise in agile methodologies, underpinned by extensive experience with Jira for roadmap and product managementData-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvementFinancial acumen, with experience in cost optimization and the development of pricing models for tech productsCross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a bridge between various teams, including development, architecture and business stakeholdersExperience in enabling products leveraging Public Cloud Services, especially AWS, though GCP or Azure expertise is also beneficial.Why should you apply?Market-leading compensation plus annual discretionary bonusInformal dress code and excellent work/life balanceExcellent paid time off allowance of 25 daysSick days, military leave, and family and medical leaveGenerous 401(k) plan16-weeks’ fully paid parental leaveMedical and Prescription, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insuranceEmployee Assistance and Wellness programsGenerous relocation allowance and supportGreat selection of office snacks, and hot and cold drinksOn-site gym and car parking
