The responsibilities of
Windows and Citrix SME
include the following:
Extensive knowledge and experience with Citrix and Windows server operating systemHigh level of working experience and knowledge with VMware vSphere and ESX-i.High level of working experience and knowledge with Citrix ADC (NetScalers) and load balancing.Extensive experience with Active Directory and Group Policy design.Extensive experience with DNS, DHCP, SSL Certificates.Advance knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and associated products.Experience in working with monitoring tools and applications, like SolarWinds and ExtraHop.In accordance with change management policy, make changes to system software and hardware so that performance meets company's objectives and maintain SLA's.Manage and apply necessary system security access/controls in conjunction with IEHP IT security team.Analyze performance indicators to ensure that systems are operating efficiently.Perform root cause analysis for Citrix and VMware related issues.Installing and configuring ESX-i on physical hosts for Citrix and vSphere.Working knowledge of SAN (Pure Storage a plus)/WAN/LANLinux Red hat and other Linux OS experience is a plus.Team player and ability to work well with others.Experience working in the Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
