This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.
Responsibilities
Create a composable ecosystem of dapps to emulate and replace mature eCommerce backend functionalityCreate tools needed to facilitate adoption (e.g. APIs and Web apps for web2 users)Create the ecosystem roadmap and determine why, when and how to achieve component functionality (build/partner/bounty)Work closely with a team of eCommerce and web3 experts in mechanism design, technology, operations, and partnerships to support smooth deliveryFacilitating the product development process and be accountable for the delivery of various ecosystem componentsEnsuring the quality and market attractiveness of products developed by the companyManage full product lifecycle, from researching, identifying, and quantifying user needs to developing feature sets and releasesIdentify and measure key product metrics to inform the roadmap and ensure the product is successfulPresent projects to both internal and external audiences
Requirements
Web3 Product:You have 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional Web3 product teams to build dApps or ecosystemsYou have deep knowledge of Ethereum, dApps, DeFi and NFT ecosystems, composability, scalability, and familiarity with rival networksYou have a rigorous, process-driven work style backed by an ability to communicate effectivelyYou are passionate about producing and receiving high-quality deliverablesYou mentor and encourage colleagues in continuous improvementYou live crypto, don’t just build it

You are a self-starter, and you take pride in your integrity and work ethicYou are a skilled communicator, able to convey complex concepts to different audiencesYou have a strong network and can leverage it to help build the dCommerce stackYou have a passion for changing the world for the betterYou have worked in startups before, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and remote workYou have a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
