The Sales & Product Mgmt. (SPM) Digital Platform is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Service Product Line Scrum team to help develop new enhancements and maintain the Service Cloud application in support of the Global Service Centers. The Software Engineer is expected to proactively engage with team members and business partners to work towards success.

Soft Skills:

Communication (across global teams & platforms), Requirement gathering, working with business users during UAT

Technical Skills:• Required: Javascript, Apex, SOQL,• Required: Salesforce: Service Cloud, Knowledge, Omnichannel, Lightning Component Development, Visualforce• Salesforce: Experience Cloud (nice to have),• ADO experience (nice to have)

Functional:

Validation rules, workflows, approval process, triggers, sharing rules automation, Salesforce integrations

Special Requirements:

Certified Salesforce Admin (or other Salesforce certifications)

Can sit in either Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA
