Senior Project Manager

Required Skills: • 8 Years - Proficient in communication and negotiation at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership • 8 Years - Proficient in scheduling and time management • 8 Years - Proficient in risk management • 8 Years - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • 8 Years - Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint • 8 Years - Proficient in team building, motivating and inspiring • 8 Years - Experience with managing vendors • PMP-certified (REQUIRED). The resource will agree to obtain VITA PMDP qualification within 2 weeks of starting.

Desired Skills: • 4 Years - Experience in data analytics and reporting • 4 Years - Experience with data quality processes and tools • 2 Years - Experience in Health IT • 2 Years - Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • 2 Years - Experience with data mapping between systems • 2 Years - Experience with health information data exchange • 2 Years - Experience with procuring technology solutions
