What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with reimbursement specialists to identify payor trends and opportunitiesDevelop and manage Tableau dashboards for the team to track performanceValidate that Guardant products are properly billed according to Medicare criteriaAssist Reimbursement management with data requests and operational reportingLead projects with other teams/departments for Salesforce, Tableau, lab information, and billing systems enhancements and applications
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare revenue cycleStrong analytical capability to be able to use diverse datasets to identify trendsProblem-solving skills to be able to make recommendations and influence changeExcellent communication and presentation skills – able to present ideas clearly to senior management level and front line team membersExperience and proficiency with Excel and Tableau a requirement
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience and proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, and automation tools a plus
