Individual should have 2-4 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have wage and hour experience in both class action and PAGA and will have experience managing and analyzing records to assess compliance issues on a representative basis. Must have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, and significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice. Must be a team player and a self-starter who possess strong organizational skills.
