Description:• Seeking a wireless professional with in-depth knowledge of Aruba Wireless Networks.• They require a minimum of 5 years of experience actively working with Aruba WLAN with detailed knowledge of wide coverage and density deployments
Required:• Must have experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting (L3/L4) enterprise level wireless networks.• Must have experience with Aruba Mobility Manager 10k, 7200 and 7000 series WLCs, 500 series AP's, 300 series APs, 200 series APs, BLE, Meridian, anchor WLCs, RAPs and iAPs. Candidate should also be well versed with wireless surveys (Ekahau experience is a plus).• Strong documentation skills as all project work is based off solid documentation, policies and procedures.• Candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment under minimal guidance.• Travel is a must for this position, the candidate must have valid passport and be able to travel globally when needed.• Assemble and perform advanced, custom configurations in a test, proof-of-concept and production environments .• Knowledgeable in the general operation and application of means, methods and standards related to installation and troubleshooting wireless networks at both the network edge and wireless client; these general operating and standards applications include the 802.11 standards and RF propagation theory, as they relate to design, installation and operation.• Knowledgeable and skilled in working with commercial/enterprise network equipment, including edge and core switching equipment.• The ability to do wireless surveys and use Ekahau software suite to do predictive and active/passive surveys• A good working knowledge of Clearpass and RADIUS authentication• Test and Resolve any technical issues related to WLAN and upstream network. Knowledge of and experience with the TCP/IP networking protocols, including IP addressing schemes, subnet configuration, and practical protocol operation.• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service in a manner appropriate for an enterprise corporation.- You will outshine the rest if you also have: cellular experience, netmotion (now absolute) insight for networks, python or any scripting/coding, AWS/cloud technologies
