They drive a proactive culture of compliance excellence within Cardinal Health, deliver excellent outcomes through strong advocacy, proactive communication, planning with necessary cross functional teams and more.Travel for the position is 75-80%ResponsibilitiesSupports PET manufacturing sites as needed (manufacturing products, quality control, with some exposure to the radiation safety program, cGMP program, EH&S, etc.)Supports continuous improvement initiatives with quality and regulatory, customer service, culture, and financialsSupports the training team as neededOther duties at assignedQualificationsBachelor?s degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferredA minimum of 2 years related work experienceAbility to train and coach others from technical expertiseA minimum of Technician level II PET manufacturing site experience required.Authorized user requiredMedia fill qualified strongly preferredAbility to travel 75%-80%Must have and sustain all core competency skills, maintain all training and qualificationsMay need to be flexible to relocateWhat is Expected of You and Others at this Level?Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projectsMay contribute to the development of policies and proceduresPreferred to have some level of experience working on complex projects of large scopeCompletes Technician level II job duties independently, receiving general guidance on new projectsWork reviewed for purpose of meeting objectivesMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleaguesCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
