Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Material Handler M-F on 1st shift.
Rate: $ 16.50-20 hourly based on experience
SUMMARY:
A Material Handler oversees storing, moving, and managing hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload inventory from loading docks, deliver trucks, storage areas and production areas.Scan all Raw Materials from assigned Dock Door to Warehouse location.Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.Store materials in assigned locations.Operation of Stretch Wrapper.Receive Receipts in QAD immediately after load is complete.Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, and loading them.Provide Lab with Raw Material Samples as needed.Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the inventory location.Operate forklifts to handle materials and inventory.Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations.Perform and report cycle counts and document in QAD.Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to wear required PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, safety bootsOther skills required:
Work well in a teamWillingness to work overtime when needed
