Position Summary

Wonderschool is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter who is passionate about contributing to our mission and purpose by helping build a community at-work culture by hiring and attracting prospective employees aligned with our mission, vision, and values. This role will build strong partnerships and relationships with employees and hiring managers alike, balancing effective execution and a best-in-class customer service-oriented recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting process, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing/prospecting, while providing an excellent candidate and hiring team experience.Leverage multiple & creative sourcing strategies, tools, and channels, including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals, to provide a funnel of high-caliber candidates for our Engineering organization.Develop and leverage employer brand.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals and, over time, develop new recruitment strategies and give feedback on what is and what's not working.Drive offer process - including extending & negotiating offers and closing candidates.Collaborate with the Executive, Product, and Engineering teams to continually improve processes and experience.Maintain reports and performance metrics.Proven success in building strong partnerships.Plan and execute creative recruiting events and campaigns that attract top talent.Required Qualifications

At least 7-10 years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting or technical sourcing role, preferably at startups, marketplaces and successful technology companies with hyper-growth.Any technical experience (you used to be an engineer or a PM, or you can code) is a huge plus.High level of comfort around engineers, with confidence around technical conversations.Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently.Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and over-the-phone.Strong organizational skills for tracking candidates using our ATS system, recruitment marketing platform, and sourcing tools.Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation. Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
