We are looking for a Tableau Visualization Consultant with experience developing user interfaces or dashboards on Tableau and advanced SQL skills. This candidate should be able to:
Develop user interfaces or dashboards, including metrics, filters, charts, graphs, and tablesAssist other teams where appropriate and applicableDemonstrate the ability to gather data, be analytical, and problem solveAuthor clear technical documentationAccurately scope work and perform to agreed times linesRequirements
5+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau and SQLExperience with developing user interfaces or dashboards, including metrics, filters, charts, graphs, and tablesExperience in designing rich graphic visualizations with the modular design of dashboards in TableauExperience with SQL to extract data from systemsExperience with Tableau Catalog, Tableau Prep Builder, and Tableau Prep Conductor is a plusKnowledge of Tableau best practices in performance tuning and user-centric designKnowledge of various reporting objects, including facts, attributes, hierarchies, filters, calculated fields, sets, groups, or parameters in TableauKnowledge of chart types to use to highlight patterns in the dataAbility to gather data, be analytical, and problem solve
