Are you ready to direct the operation of engineering, at a site? Are you skilled in coordinating outside contract support for internal and external site operations for a GMP facility? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As the Director of Engineering, you will oversee site energy conservation efforts, manage projects that offer significant financial savings from an energy usage and conservation standpoint, and prepare, execute, and oversee capital and operating budgets.

What you will do:

Work with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and deliver a long-term strategy for the site. Serve as the life cycle lead for equipment and facilities in partnership with SLT and specific site equipment owners.Responsible for equipment validations ensuring continued level of equipment safety, compliance, availability, and reliability of facility and equipment to help ensure the production schedules are achieved with the operational expense and capital budget.Solve and resolve any facility engineering performance issues. Develop, implement, and monitor/improve appropriate site performance metrics.Partner with Corporate/Global Engineering teams and support groups to develop long-range facilities plans and business continuity plans.Drive Lean ways of working across all areas of F&E and Operations as applicable.Responsible for ongoing site equipment validation planning and execution.Responsible for guiding subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy.Exert influence in the development of objectives and long-range goals of the organization.Manage CAPEX portfolio for the site.Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in the Engineering field.Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering operations or project engineering.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.A working knowledge of engineering and automation principles for process equipment and controls.Strong leadership and change management skills.Ability to lead Lean and drive continuous improvement including reliability-based maintenance.Strong technical problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills in a cross-functional environment.High degree of organizational skills.Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.Ability to interact with all levels of management including senior management.Preferred Qualifications:
