Experience:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.Customer Service Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.Organizational Skills:
