Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan to drive capital equipment projects growth within the North American food & beverage marketSell ingredient water, wastewater treatment and reuse solutions to food &beverage customersBuild and nurture relationships at all levels within food &beverage companies, engineering consultants and EPC'sIn collaboration with our commercial and engineering teams you will understand and communicate customers' needs, qualify leads, and work closely with all stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive, value-driven solutions for our customersDevelop a pipeline of well-qualified projects that lead to short, medium and long-term successFoster a strong partnership across other Veolia businesses to maximize synergy with their customers, products andgrowth initiativesIn collaboration with other Veolia WTS teams, integrate aftermarket services, products and chemicals offerings as part of the Veolia solutionEffectively build relationships, interface and collaborate with commercial operations, applications engineering,project management, project engineering, field service and other internal functionsUse technology systems and tools to track opportunities and provide updates on sales forecastingQualifications

Minimum RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science, or equivalent from an accredited University or College5+ years' water/wastewater treatment industry experience3+ years' Sales, Applications/Process Engineering experienceDesiredFood & Beverage industry experienceEffective oral and written communication skills, gifted with interpersonal skills, and positive commercial acumenAbility to work effectively within cross-functional teamsMotivated self-starter with a passion for sellingSuccessful track record penetrating new accounts and marketsFunctional expertise with water and wastewater treatment technologies, including membrane treatment (reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration), biological treatment (MBR, MBBR, anaerobic digestion) and thermal evaporation technologiesExperience developing and implementing complex capital projectsWorking knowledge of commercial contracts, terms and conditionsFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM technology platformAdditional Information
