• Currently no full time physicians in this clinic, all physicians rotate through on part time basis, need a physician who can build practice and build relationships with referring docs

• 15-20 patients/day in clinic

• Office call physicians take at night (weekly rotation) NP s take on weekends

• Weekend hospital call every 6th weekend

• New physician will be extremely busy
