No of GYN surgery: 1 in every 2 weeks Admissions: 1-2 Nursery admissions per day % of Practice: -60% GYN, 40-50% Low Risk Pregnancy, 40-50% high Risk Pregnancy Physician in Practice: 1 Support Staff: MA, RN, Sonographer Procedures: - OB procedures: Low & high risk Pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Amniocentesis, - Labor and delivery: Routine &Complicated deliveries, VBAC's, REpair of 3rd & 4th Degree Laceration - GYN : Office/Minor & Surgical Gynecology - Operative/Major(Includes Diagnostic) Office Equipment: Basic OB/GYN Services including Colpo Lab & Ultrasound Onsite Beds in the Dept: 15 No of Exam Rooms: 2-3 Trauma Level: II Nursery Level: II EMR: Cerner Other info: - Provider must be /able to do both OB and GYN call. - Will supervise other healthcare providers Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coveredRequirements: Active IL License or IMLC BC/BE NRP Case Logs (within 24 months)
