Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Palliative Care NP/PA Opportunity:

Mercy Health Physicians -Youngstown is seeking an experienced NP/PA for its Palliative Care service. The fulltime position is available immediately and includes Palliative Care (potential rotation IP, OP, CBPC) This position will have a focus in one of the above areas but will be cross trained to all service areas of Palliative Care.

Mercy Health Palliative Medicine Program was established in 2010.  We currently provide inpatient consultation to three Hospitals in the Mercy Youngstown system, operate two Outpatient Clinics, and provide Community Based Palliative Care Services in-home and at local facilities.
