Cortes Campers, a leader in recreational vehicles and boat manufacturing, is part of a dynamic group that also includes Fusion X Marine and Futuro Houses. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, we are now looking to expand our operations into the European market and seek an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our global initiatives across all divisions. As COO, you will play a pivotal role in our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors. Your overarching responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations across Cortes Campers, Fusion X Marine, and Futuro Houses, driving our strategic entry into European markets, and achieving significant revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality across all divisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support international expansion and enhance market presence across all business units. Drive ambitious revenue targets and ensure operational excellence across RV, boat manufacturing, and modular housing sectors. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and peak performance. Manage comprehensive supply chain, production, and workforce planning to effectively support operations domestically and internationally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams of all divisions to maximize market penetration and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure financial sustainability and enhanced profitability through strategic initiatives and optimal resource management across all business entities. Compensation Package: Base Salary: $150,000 annually Sales Bonus: 1% of gross sales across all divisions, uncapped, to incentivize groundbreaking achievements. Profitability Bonus: 10% of the increase in annual net profit from all divisions, promoting efficient and profitable management. Equity Incentives: Stock options or RSUs valued at 20% of the base salary, vesting over 4 years. Discretionary Bonus: Up to 10% of the base salary for exceptional performance and strategic contributions. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors. Broad understanding of business operations including HR, Finance, Marketing, etc., across multiple industries. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics across varied business units. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
