If this sounds like you, let’s start the conversation about what your success looks like in this role here at Lugano Diamonds.What You Will DoStrategically drive strong results to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targetsEnsure the highest level of client service is always delivered and that the client experience is always the top priorityWork collectively to make a measurable contribution to the salon’s and your personal sales goalsUse key metrics to develop an effective sales strategy and personal business plan that enable you to meet and exceed sales targetsIdentify and cultivate new and existing clients, creating opportunities for networkingRepresent Lugano’s brand at community/philanthropic events with integrity and a sense of ownershipTranslate time invested within the community into appointments that fuel salesUtilize provided sales tools and systems to accurately and promptly document detailed client and prospect informationStay current and involved in the worlds of art, healthcare, education, and other philanthropic organizations within our communityProvide superior service to all clients, with exceptional communication, follow-up, and follow-throughSupport Salon functional operations including stock take, opening, closing, etc.What You BringExperience cultivating and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clientsExpertise in personalizing and delivering remarkable experiences; emphasizing relationship-driven approaches and interactionsProven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets by leveraging your knowledge of luxury lifestyle, international travel, arts, and fine dining; high-jewelry is a huge plusInherent ability to instill trust through genuine interactions and transparent communication with prospects, clients, and internal teamsExpertise in strategic planning, utilizing analytical skills and data to optimize sales processes and enhance business outcomesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to share the Lugano storyDemonstrated success in driving business results – proactive and solution drivenPay TransparencyThe targeted base compensation is $80,000 base plus commission. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Our Work EnvironmentOur workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
