PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD, solutions, products and processes. Provide HR teams and business personnel with technology solutions by weighing advantages of technology standards, market availability of products, risks and benefits of technology to meet business/HR needs. The role will be centered on the development and improvement of new and existing features. The role encompasses design, implementation, and testing to ensure building products right and release them with high quality.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyze, design, develop or modify ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business requirements.Engage with Talent Technology and Talent Compass to ensure business needs are satisfied with practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Designs requirements and builds documentation for existing and newly created functionality.Support troubleshooting of HRSD platform defects.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of technology and its application across our business areas or for our customers.Applies technical expertise to plan, design, build or support required products and processes.Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under low supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow System Admin Certification for HRSD preferredDemonstrates strong software development/configuration capabilities coupled with the ability to work under tight deadlines.Demonstrated strong teamwork skills with self-motivation to achieve success in a rapidly evolving environment.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration, including but not limited to: creating basic to complex workflows, building catalog items based on business requirements, scripting, lifecycle events, etc.Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.Knowledge of one or more scripting languages, e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.Ability to train and mentor our HRSD team members
