• - Scheduled surgical block time 2+ days per week with other access for urgent cases

• $415,000 guaranteed base salary
• $75,000 Start/Retention bonus paid in 3 annual installments
• RVU bonus for productivity over 50% MGMA, paid quarterly, we reward productivity
