• Employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their outpatient practice
• Competitive compensation offered - to be discussed with employer directly
• Outpatient only
• Clinic attached to hospital campus
• Anticipate seeing average of 24 patients per day
  with midlevel support
  
• Existing practice with shared call 1:5 weeknights - hospitalists cover weekends
• On-site lab, full service x-ray and diagnostic imaging with full-time Radiology
• Located 45 minutes from Lafayette and 90 minutes from both Fort Wayne and Indianapolis
