This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for the markets, with individuals who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are energized by a bustling trading floor.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:Responsibilities:Provides administrative support in a complex team environmentCoordinates complex, senior-level internal conference callsHandles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with high level business leaders in a professional and effective mannerMaintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logisticsCoordinates travel arrangements and processes team expense reportsCoordinates with other administrative personnel in Mutual Fund Board of TrusteeAd Hoc Projects include logistical support of TPD Sales Meeting and Mutual Fund Board MeetingsMaintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independentlyResponsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, scanning, archiving), ad-hoc projects, committees and or group eventsBasic QualificationsRequires excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlinesAbility to solve problems quickly and efficientlyStrong knowledge of general business, corporate and government culturesAbility to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine informationSelf-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow upDemonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting resultsDemonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentialityStrong organizational skillsComfortable working with people at all organizational levelsComfortable working in a sometimes hectic, high pressure environmentAbility to display a consistent, professional degree of communicationAbility to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environmentMust be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasksMust have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourcefulStrong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookTeam player with a positive attitudeHighest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
