BANNER HEALTH, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the countrys premier, non-profit health care networks is seeking a dynamic leader for a Lead Hospitalist role, committed to cultivating a positive culture, strengthening team building, and developing future leadership talent. This role will collaborate closely with facility leadership to enhance patient care and team performance.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • 90% Clinical (164 12-hour shifts/year)
  •  
  • 10% Admin Responsibilities
  •  
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  •  
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred with a history of clinical or quality project sponsorship.
  •  
  • Candidate should possess the ability to lead change, inspire and motivate, coalesce a team, is enthusiastic and creates great relationships.
  •  
  • Foster strong partnership with the facility C-suite.
  •  
  • Dyad leadership model with an administrative partner who assists with practice oversight and operations

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center - Chandler,  Is a new, comprehensive medical center with 124 beds and ample shelled space for future growth. The hospital offers key inpatient and outpatient services, such as emergency care, intensive care, endoscopy, cardiac catheterization, imaging, surgical and womens services.
