is seeking to recruit a full-time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist on behalf of Ellis Hospital located in Schenectady, New York. The Ellis Psychiatry program has been helping people overcome mental illness for more than 50 years and offering specialized services for adults, children, and adolescents.Position Details:The Psychiatrist will provide outpatient coverage for adult patients at the Outpatient Mental Health ClinicPosition hours are Mon-Fri, 8-hour shiftsCall Rotation: Weekends 1 weekend per month; Nights: Rotating CallRequirements:
Applicants should have the following:MD or DOBoard Certified/Board Eligible in PsychiatryDEA Licensure/NYS licensure requiredPrevious experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing care that is team orientedRECRUITMENT PACKAGESt. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:Competitive base salary including starting bonusCompensation is between $255,000 and $310,000The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
