Senior Salesforce Administrator - Remote R0041846 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing Salesforce databases to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform capabilities and user experience. You will also play a critical role in managing legacy Salesforce instances while contributing to the transformational project of setting up of a new best in class Salesforce instance. Also, you will support the sales organization through the development of Salesforce Analytics (Einstein) and provide best practices for Sales and Service Clouds. This is a remote position and will report to the Sales Operations Manager and under the leadership of the Director, Sales Operations. Required Job Qualifications (minimum): 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and related technologies. Salesforce Certified Administrator Experience with Salesforce Analytics, CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or Wave Analytics Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflow automation using declarative tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize database performance and address system issues. Experience with database design principles, data modeling, and database administration within the Salesforce environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. LI-Remote Other Qualifications (preferences): Experience in managing multiple legacy Salesforce instances while supporting the setup of a new Salesforce instance. Proven experience as a Salesforce Database Analyst & Developer, with a focus on Salesforce database analysis, design, and development. Experience supporting sales organizations in using Salesforce analytics (Einstein) for data-driven decision-making. Expertise as a developer within Salesforce Service Cloud, implementing custom functionalities and integrations. Additional Salesforce certifications are also highly desirable (ex. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Development Architect, Salesforce.com Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) Essential Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity, user access management, and system performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to support the setup and configuration of a new Salesforce instance, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems. Develop and enhance Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations to improve system functionality and user experience for Sales Cloud. Implement and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Provide support to the sales organization by leveraging Salesforce analytics, creating reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights. Analyze, design, and develop Salesforce databases to meet business requirements. Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency. Ensure data integrity and quality within the Salesforce databases by implementing best practices and data validation rules. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
