Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfortTake and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulseObserve and report any changes in patients' physical or mental conditions to the nursing staffAssist with meal preparation and feeding as neededOffer emotional support to patients and their familiesMaintain a clean and organized patient environmentAdhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification1-5 years of experiencePrior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferredKnowledge of basic patient care principles and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCompassion and empathy towards patientsPhysical stamina and ability to lift and move patientsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic computer skills for documentation purposes
