The nationally ranked Riley Hospital for Children is seeking a patient-focused Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrician to collaborate with our highly skilled teams in a primarily outpatient setting.  Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health has the expertise, experience and resources to care for infants and children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including those who may have co-occurring behavioral or emotional concerns. 

Employment Details

  • Full-time position with strong work/life balance supported by standard schedule & negotiable call schedule
  • Practice at the newly renovated Pediatric Care Center in downtown Indianapolis with opportunities for outreach at other IU Health sites
  • Faculty appointment with the IU School of Medicine with opportunity to be the clinician educator of medical students, nurse practitioner students, residents & fellows

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics 
  • Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities fellowship preferred 
  • New graduates or experienced physicians
  • Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Ideal candidate will be dedicated to care & treatment of children with disabilities; ability to think on individual & population level; ability to work in teams with patient- & family-centered focus
