We are responsible for the quality and stability of our daily builds of iOS, macOS, and watchOS with a special focus on developing and maintaining automation. We're looking for organized, critical thinkers who would like to play a key role in driving the testing and coordination of QA effort across multiple platforms. DescriptionYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing of first-party applications on iOS, macOS, and watchOS. You will design and implement test plans, test cases, risk analysis, and integration testing across Apple platforms. You will need to identify and communicate key build quality issues, and work towards resolutions on the critical issues affecting the build quality.Minimum QualificationsExperience with Xcode, Xcode Cloud, and XCTest/XCUITest is a plusProfessional experience working in Software development and testingCreative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detailAbility to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems and independently work towards resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to facilitate close interaction with peers, management, development teams, and other organizations within AppleHighly organized, creative, and passionate about achieving resultsPassion for user-focused design & high-quality technologyKey QualificationsA keen eye for qualityExperience writing automated UI and non-UI tests in Swift or PythonEducation & ExperienceBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experiencePay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
