We care for over 65,000 patients within 16 locations throughout the state. PCHC offers a variety of integrated health care services, including family medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, primary care clinical pharmacists, physical therapy, social work, lab, x-ray, and a large public health dental center all within our organization.
