Join a 3-physician practice at a level IIIB 30-bed NICU in a thriving community located an hour to Dulles Airport.
The practice provides 24-hour in-house coverage.
No in-house call with NNPs on staff 24/7.
The average daily census is 14 neonates, and the NICU offers whole body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide, and high-frequency oscillation.
Block schedule, neonatologists take call from home, and in-house NNP coverage 24 hours daily
Approximately 2,500 deliveries with 330 NICU admissions annually
Services include whole body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide, and high-frequency oscillation
Ideal candidate will have level 3 and/or level 4 experience and great communication skills
Teaching background and a desire to settle in and live and work in the area preferred
