The Division of Oncology and Hematology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, NE is seeking Hematology/Medical Oncology physicians, with a focus on BMT to join our team.

Opportunities:
BMT / multiple myeloma focus
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care teams, inpatient treatment, outpatient care and clinical trials
- Opportunities for collaboration for investigator initiated clinical research, and translational research
- Nationally known leading multiple myeloma treatment center
- Member of the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology. The Alliance is one of four multidisciplinary cooperative adult cancer treatment groups funded by the National Cancer Institute
BMT / leukemia focus
- Averages 200 transplants per year that comprise autologous transplants, allogeneic transplants, syngeneic transplants. and cellular therapies such as CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors
- Opportunities to serve as Principal Investigator or Co-investigator on clinical trials and participate in research
- Pursue collaborations within the BMT/leukemia area of clinical practice
Our compensation package is extremely competitive and includes comprehensive benefits, generous employer paid retirement contributions, CME, and paid time off. The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is board certified/eligible in medical oncology and/or hematology. A devotion to clinical care and clinical investigation with non-malignant hematology is preferred
